Housing in West Texas and the Permian Basin is a challenge. You need a secure location that also is someplace you are glad to return to after work. The team at Solstice looked into what was possible in terms of a higher end recreational vehicle park experience for this region, and the result is Solstice Commons.
We thought about security, amenities, landscaping, lifestyle, water quality and location, and blended them into an unequaled regional product. We would welcome you as a guest and resident. Our focus is longer term leases of the sites (3 – 6 months) but we welcome you for a short visit and respite as well. Solstice Commons is a gated community. Keypads and unique access codes enable guests to come in and out, with individualized identification. Security cameras throughout the premises keep an eye on your location and your property. The entire 6-acre facility is surrounded by a metal security fence, and we have a robust highway facing, architectural 6′ high brick wall, with swinging electric access gates. We have security lighting at night and strategic camera locations to keep you and your things safe.
Our guests talk about how entire RVs were stolen from other regional park operator locations, not to mention the general theft and vandalism that goes on at “open” RV park facilities. Solstice Commons was built with your security and your property’s security in mind. Punch in your unique security code and come through the gates, to join us for a relaxing, secure evening on the patio.

All entry and exit movements, as well as general activity around the park are recorded via multiple video cameras with HD resolution and night time capabilities.
We have a direct and dedicated fiber optic connection for the Solstice Commons park to the internet backbone. Inside the park, high speed WiFi service is available as an optional amenity for our guests. We engineered capacity for multiple devices for each guest, and understand how important internet performance is to you, both for your work and your down time.
We think an attractive environment is key to your well being and enjoyment of your home. Many times the RV site is a home away from home and we want to ensure it looks and feels that way with landscaping and attractive common areas where you can relax and recharge.
Your health is our concern. Our state of the art water treatment system is configured provide bottled water quality at your tap.
When the sun goes down, no more groping around in the dark, or being blinded by streetlights that belong on the highway. Our architectural patio lighting provide the right amount of light for you to safely get around from your vehicle to your front door, or to just relax and hang out on your patio in the evening. These lights are also the backup lighting system in case regional power grid goes out, so you are never in the dark.
Solstice has USPS mail service for our park tenants. If you are a long term tenant our locked, individual mailboxes are delivered daily by the USPS adjacent to the park for your convenience. Sign a lease of 3 months or longer and the box and key are included with your tenancy.
Solstice has onsite trash bins for your use.
